Cerni Showcase and Maintenance Seminar Returns Aug. 16-17
AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – Cerni Motors will host its third biennial Municipal Truck Showcase and Maintenance Seminar Aug. 16 and 17 at its dealership in Austintown, 5751 Cerni Place.
The event will feature new models from International Truck, including the new MV and HV, which can be fitted for snow plowing. Also on display will be trucks used by Brimfield Township, Canfield Township and others.
On Aug. 16, Cerni will host Officials Evening 6 to 9 p.m., a meet-and-greet for fleet managers, local government officials and road supervisors. Refreshments will be provided by Vernon’s Café and R.L. Lipton.
The next day, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., the dealership will host maintenance seminars for technicians and mechanics. Representatives from International, Cummins, Fleetguard, Allison and more will be on-site, as well as 20 industry vendors. Breakfast will be provided by Panera and lunch by Leo’s Ristorante.
To conclude the weekend, Cerni will host the annual Antique Truck, Car and Motorcycle 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 18. In lieu of an entry fee, the dealership is accepted the donation of school supplies, which will be given to Making Kids Count.
