Chamber, Magnet Seek Nominees for Manufacturing Award

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber and Magnet are seeking nominations for the sixth annual Excellence in Manufacturing Award.

The award focuses on a company’s longevity in business, growth, product or workforce innovation and achievement, according to the chamber.

The award will be presented at the Regional Chamber’s Economic Forecast Breakfast Nov. 3 at the Eastwood Event Centre in Niles.

Nominated manufacturers must be located in Columbiana, Mahoning or Trumbull counties and be a member of the Regional Chamber. Candidates are encouraged to self-nominate.

Past recipients include Boardman Molded Products, Haltec Corp., Quality Switch, Panelmatic Building Solutions and Commercial Metal Forming.
