CONNELLSVILLE, Pa. – Ford Office Technologies’ leadership and employee investment make it a “Great Place to Work.”

There are five core values that are the focus of our company culture that have allowed Ford to fulfill our mission every single day: positivity, loyalty, accountability, innovation and dependability.

Our values unite everyone toward a common goal and provide the foundation for a team environment that supports “what’s next” as we expand and grow the company, and the team. They serve as the pathway to solidify our culture and keep us at the forefront of the industry.

Our mission is helping businesses thrive by delivering cutting- edge office technology, solutions, and unparalleled customer experiences. Throughout the year, we recognize our employees with our employee of the month and employee of the year programs, as well as the president’s club.

Leadership has established full disclosure communication channels, improved company benefits, established clear cut goals and expectations, and promoted education and training programs for all departments.

In 2021 we also initiated our “Get Fordified” employee engagement program. It utilizes team building challenges that encourage interaction and incorporate fun into the workplace.

This program supplements our employee of the month/year programs, and birthday/anniversary celebrations to create a family environment and allow for interaction with those individuals who are at our branch locations.
