CTW Earns New Construction Award for Tiffany Crossings

BOARDMAN, Ohio — The Boardman Civic Association awarded CTW Development Corp. the 2019 New Construction Building Award for its work on the Tiffany Crossings project.

In early 2017, CTW started work on the 19,700-square-foot retail plaza at the corner of U.S. Route 224 and Tiffany South, redeveloping the plaza “from the ground up,” according to a company release. Work was done in three phases so businesses could gradually move into the new space while remaining open.

The company completed the project in 2018 with the 2,400-square-foot standalone Dunkin’ Donuts that includes a drive-thru. Other businesses there include Subway, Papa John’s Pizza, Tax 29, Hometown Urgent Care, The Social Studio, Express Mart, Eyemart Express and NovaCare Rehabilitation. New tenants are expected throughout the year, bringing Tiffany Crossings to full occupancy.

The association presented the award during its Annual Awards Dinner on March 18 at the Boardman Township Park Community Center.

“For their continued investment in Boardman, and specifically the new Tiffany Crossings project, we are proud to award CTW Development the Boardman Civic Association’s 2019 New Building Award,” said Mark Luke, BCA secretary.

Brad Whitman, CTW vice president and project manager for Tiffany Crossings, accepted the award on behalf of the company.

“Being a local company, we are committed to our community and making Boardman a nice place to call home,” Whitman said. “We were determined to revamp Tiffany Crossings and create a landmark piece.”
