Data Drives Decisions At Blue Sky Therapy
CANFIELD – Blue Sky Therapy Management delivers physical, occupational and speech therapy services in skilled nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health care and outpatient therapy clinics. The company, founded in 1986, is owned and operated by Renée Halfhill, a longtime resident of the Mahoning Valley. It has over 750 employees.
A recent shift to a new payment model in the industry brought much needed changes, says Halfhill. Blue Sky responded with data-driven decision-making to achieve the right levels of care and optimal outcomes for each patient.
“Our team focused on building awareness and educating the market, our partners and our employees,” she says.
