DCW Group Reports Efficiencies with AI

BOARDMAN – DCW Group’s investments in artificial intelligence have been very beneficial, says Bob Gearhart Jr., CEO and co-partner of the employee benefits consulting firm.

For example, many clients now use the benefits help desk that DCW has created. It is an online library of articles that address frequently asked questions. DCW staffers answer the more complicated questions. By the end of 2023, the help desk had evolved to the point where it could generate a response to a question instead of just offering articles to read.

DCW also reports an increase in its public schools segment. The combined premium for public schools under management would rank as the 14th largest school consortium in Ohio, he says.
