DEL Lift Rentals Buys Additional Building to House Equipment
BOARDMAN – DEL Lift Rentals & Sales is expanding so much, says owner Carl Stitzel, that the company purchased an additional building to house staff and rental equipment, and is hiring new employees in all areas of the company.
“The focus in 2019 was to increase our scissor lift rental assets and work on internal infrastructure,” he says. “Although we have always been well positioned with forklift rentals, our scissor lift rental assets significantly increased, which grew our revenue substantially.”
Stitzel says he and his staff are “excited about upcoming construction projects in the Mahoning Valley.”
DEL enjoyed an approximate 40% growth in revenue last year compared to 2018, he reports. This year, Stitzel anticipates “at least 30% revenue growth” as his company adds boom lifts to its fleet.
The biggest challenge DEL faces in 2020, he says, is keeping up with demand for equipment.
