Content Marketing Expert Headlines DOYO Conference

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Joe Pulizzi, founder of The Content Marketing Institute in Cleveland and Content Marketing World, will be the keynote speaker Aug. 4 at DOYO Live, a digital marketing and interactive design conference. The event will take place in Williamson Hall at Youngstown State University.

Pulizzi’s keynote address will focus on content marketing, and each attendee will receive a free copy of his latest book, “Content Inc.” Pulizzi’s talk and the book giveaway are sponsored by the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center.

“This is a very exciting time to be in Youngstown, Ohio and I’m dedicated to making DOYO Live a world class event,” said event founder Dennis Schiraldi. “The fact that we will have Joe Pulizzi, who’s the godfather of content marketing and iconic as a top-50 influencer in the world on content marketing, speaks to the level of talent that will be at DOYO Live.”

The second keynote speaker, Nate Riggs, CEO of NR Media Group, will give a presentation on HubSpot’s inbound marketing methodology.

DOYO Live also will feature 15 breakout sessions with 90% of the talent residing in the Youngstown area, Shiraldi notes. The sessions will address a variety of topics that will benefit professionals in marketing, design, sales and business.

In addition, a thought leadership panel will discuss trends in marketing and design. Experts will be on hand to conduct workshops on social media, branding design and content marketing strategy.

Lunch is included in the $225 registration fee, and will be provided by a food truck court. Immediately following the event, there will be a networking party at the M Gallery downtown.
