CANFIELD, Ohio – As the “great resignation” continues, companies across the Valley struggle to find the right combination of benefits needed to attract the best and brightest job candidates; Bodine Perry, located just off Route 224 in Canfield, seems to have perfected the formula.

The office itself is very inviting, featuring private office spaces, and a handful of meeting spaces, perfect for client meetings or team brainstorming sessions. All team members are invited to enjoy free hot and cold beverages plus a variety of snacks in addition to frequent staff lunches and afternoon treats.

Another great perk is the firm’s “dress for your day” dress policy allowing flexibility with office attire to suit the day’s activities. Recently, Bodine Perry also introduced “Flex Fridays” which empowers employees to work from home or “flex” their time on Fridays, should their current workload allow.

The firm’s leadership is very focused on team member engagement and plan a variety of fun, team building events throughout the year. From the annual Tax Day celebration to office happy hours, and Luke Bryan concert tickets – a team that works hard, plays hard.

Bodine Perry celebrates team member milestones like work anniversaries and birthdays which helps create a caring, yet collaborative, office atmosphere. As one of the newest team members of the Bodine Perry family, I am so thankful to work for a company that values work-life balance and offers the flexibility that I have found here. You can easily be productive, contribute directly to firm growth, keep learning, and have a life outside the office.

Bodine Perry, a certified public accounting firm with roots in the Valley, has been gaining traction since 2002. The firm offers all of the traditional benefits, plus a few non-traditional benefits. At the top of the list, you’ll find affordable health care, which includes mental health coverage, as well as a 401(k) match, work schedule flexibility, and financial incentives for team member recruitment, business development, and professional certifications.

The firm is also very growth-oriented and continually invests in developing team members with semi-annual performance reviews, and a variety of professional training opportunities.
