First National Bank Honored for Workplace Culture
PITTSBURGH, Pa. – F.N.B. Corp. announced Wednesday that its banking subsidiary, First National Bank, has been honored as a Top Workplaces National Culture Excellence Awards winner by Energage, an independent research firm specializing in workplace engagement and organizational health.
The awards, based solely on internal feedback, highlight the priority the company places on employee success, a news release states.

This is the third consecutive year that F.N.B. has received Culture Excellence Awards, and it’s the first time the company received recognition in all five categories: Leadership, Innovation, Purpose & Values, Work-Life Flexibility and Compensation & Benefits.
