FNB’s Commitment to Diversity, Inclusion Recognized
PITTSBURGH, Pa. – DiversityComm, a national news organization with a mission to create a more inclusive and equitable world, has named F.N.B. Corp. a Top Hispanic Employer and a Top Black Employer for the second consecutive year.
The recognition builds on the multiple awards F.N.B. received in 2023, specifically for its workplace culture and commitment to diversity and inclusion, a news release states.

Delie Jr., chairman, president and chief executive officer of F.N.B. F.N.B.’s focus on workplace diversity is part of the company’s effort to promote greater equality in its service area overall. The company has invested hundreds of millions of dollars in initiatives to strengthen historically underserved communities, the release states. F.N.B. also deploys financial education and products and services that are designed to empower consumers to bank with confidence and achieve their goals.
