Free Webinar Details Legal Strategies for Reopening Businesses

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — The COVID-19 crisis has dramatically changed the way we relate to each other and the way we do business.

On March 22, Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine issued a stay-at-home order requiring nonessential businesses to close up shop. These steps were instituted so that our health care system would not be overwhelmed.

In Ohio, it seems to be working, according to state health officials. DeWine has allowed manufacturing and construction to open May 4 and consumer and retail shops May 12.

As pressure grows to fully open up, what is the proper balance for business owners? From a legal standpoint, business owners owe separate duties to their employees and to the public.

On May 14, Nils Johnson of Johnson & Johnson Law Firm will present a free webinar detailing the steps business owners should take to ensure that they are protected against the possibility of any legal fallout. To register for this free webinar, click here.
