Glenbeigh Receives 2023 Press Ganey Award
ROCK CREEK, Ohio – Glenbeigh, an Ashtabula-based drug and alcohol treatment center, has been named a 2023 Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award winner by Press Ganey for its commitment to patient care in the area of substance use disorder treatment.
Glenbeigh, a member of the ACMC Healthcare System, a Cleveland Clinic affiliate, operates an outpatient center in Niles.
Earning the Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award, which is based on feedback provided by patients through surveys after their discharge, puts Glenbeigh in the top 5% of health care providers nationwide in delivering exceptional patient experiences over the past year, a news release states.
