She makes everyone feel welcome, is a great mentor to our sales and marketing department and is an expert in her field. Her positive personality and great sense of humor are infectious. She makes sure to wish every employee at Roemer a great morning when they walk in.

Paula is kind, hard-working and shows compassion for all living things. She comes in every day with a smile and is a joy to be around. Paula has made my working environment more positive. I am thankful there are bright, passionate people like Paula.
