HD Davis Raises $10,000 for Project MKC

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The annual fundraising campaign held by HD Davis CPAs and White Glove Payroll generated $10,000 this year, with all funds donated to Project MKC.

The HD Change Campaign raised $4,000 through employee contributions, $4,500 through an employers matched and $1,500 through an online raffle held in December.

Based in Boardman, Project MKC provides diapers, clothings, toys and other necessities to families in need. The nonprofit also creates “hope totes,” given to children undergoing chemotherapy at Akron Children’s Hospital of the Mahoning Valley, and hosts after-school tutoring, a summer lunch program and an adopt-a-school program.

The 2021 HD Change Campaign will support The Melina Michelle Edenfield Foundation, dedicated to finding a cure for two varieties of pediatric tumors.
