Heart of It All: 2024 State of Ohio Travel Guide Released
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The 2024 State of Ohio Travel Guide produced by TourismOhio is now available.
The guide, which invites visitors and residents to explore must-see attractions and offers inspiration for dining and overnight stays, in addition to Ohio trip-planning resources, was released Friday. Travelers can view the guide online or receive a free copy mailed to them.
“It’s wonderful to see all of Ohio’s unique and exciting destinations and also learn about some creative and truly innovative Ohioans showing the spirit of our great state,” Gov. Mike DeWine said. “Fran and I hope the guide encourages people to come experience the heart of it all for themselves – because we know when they visit Ohio, they’ll fall in love with it.”
This year’s guide is organized by Ohio’s five regions and highlights destinations, local businesses and Ohio-made products. The guide also features attractions, local places to eat and travel inspiration for outdoor adventure.
“Working closely with our amazing tourism industry partners, we’ve been hard at work curating an amazing collection of Ohio’s top-notch destinations and attractions,” said Sarah Wickham, state tourism director. “Whether you’re looking to reconnect with nature at one of our 75 state parks, wander through picturesque small towns, or get your adrenaline pumping at our exhilarating amusement parks, our mission is simple: to be your ultimate resource for planning the perfect Ohio getaway.”
A digital version of the guide is available HERE, and free print copies can be requested through Ohio.org. Print copies of the guide will also be available throughout the state at select state agencies, county and convention visitors bureaus, airports, libraries, state park lodges, Ohio Turnpike service plazas, rest areas and welcome centers.
