Holly Ritchie Team Closes $56.1M in Real Estate Sales
CANFIELD – The Holly Ritchie Team was the No. 1 team at Keller Williams Chervenic Realty in 2019, achieving a closing volume of more than $56.1 million, according to Broker Metrics.
Keller Williams recognizes Ritchie as a “multi-million-dollar producer” and a “mega-agent.” She leads by example, the company says, with hard work, community involvement and mentoring new agents.
The Ritchie team consists of Meghan Ritchie, Nicole Garcia, D’mitri Fontes, Jessie Bolen, Chrissie Broderick, Billie Jo Schumacher, Gary Schumacher, Sherrie Maroscher, Peter Berry, Ashley Martin, Andy Pappas, Mary Bodnar and Deb Gavin.
In 2019, Keller Williams was listed in Forbes as one of the best places to work. More than 180,000 associates were affiliated with KW as of Sept. 30.
This year, Keller Williams says it will invest $1 billion in technology to keep up with industry trends. The company lists six trends that will shape the trajectory of real estate: artificial intelligence; millennials and mobile; consumer experience; lead generation; personalized learning; and marketing and advertising.
“All of this is great and we all want number growth. But maybe the reason why KW keeps getting better is the fact that we have heart. We pay it forward,” Ritchie says.
