Hollywood Gaming Play Passes $100M for 12th Straight Month
AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – More than $113 million in credits were played in January at Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course, beating out figures from the previous month by just over $4 million.
In total, $113,411,226 was wagered at the racino’s video lottery terminals last month. The figure is an increase of $17.7 million from January 2019, which was the last month the racino saw wagers dip below the $100 million mark. The monthly record for wagers, $118,988,835, came in March 2019.
Winnings at Hollywood Gaming totaled $100.69 million, up from $97.09 million in December and $84.84 million in January 2019.
Penn National Gaming, which operates Hollywood Gaming, received $7.32 million, up from December’s $7.14 million and January 2019’s $6.23 million.
The Ohio Lottery Commission’s take was $3.71 million, up from $3.61 million the month before and $3.15 million in January 2019.
