Home Savings Donates $2,500 to Butler for Centennial Celebration
YOUNGSTOWN – Home Savings Bank donated $2,500 to The Butler Institute of American Art in sponsorship of the museum’s 100th Anniversary Gala.
“We are honored to support The Butler in its 100th anniversary year,” said Trish Gelsomino of Home Savings in a statement. “The Butler is free to the public and works to inspire and educate people everyday.”
The Butler exists to collect and preserve works of art in all media that has been created by citizens of the United States, said Louis Zona, executive director and chief curator of the Butler, in a statement.
“We are so happy to be celebrating our 100th anniversary and for Home Savings to be a part of this special occasion,” he said.
Home Savings’ current assets sit at $2.9 billion. The bank operates 33 banking offices and three wealth management offices in Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown and Beaver, Pa.
