Houck Agency Relocates PR Firm to Boardman

BOARDMAN, Ohio – An office relocation to Boardman and growth in its manufacturing client base highlighted a double-digit revenue growth year at Houck Agency.

Owner/President Jim Houck welcomed The Ohio Manufacturers’ Association to the firm’s client roster with a multiyear project supporting workforce development initiatives. A strategic partnership with a local full-service marketing firm provided another source of growth.

This year will mark Houck’s 10th year in business. The firm worked with more than 20 clients in 2023, ranging from individual public relations consulting projects to recurring retainer-based PR and content marketing support. Project manager Amy Hudzik joined the agency in 2023 following more than 20 years in TV news production and sales.

“Our niche has evolved to be a writing-heavy PR, media relations and content marketing partner that not only provides the strategic thinking and planning behind a campaign, but then goes on to execute the day-to-day pieces that bring it to life and add extra value to clients,” Houck says.
