Huntington Announces Series I Dividend of $356 Per Share
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Huntington Bancshares Inc.’s Board of Directors on Thursday declared a quarterly cash dividend of $356.25 per share on the company’s 5.70% Series I Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock.
The dividend, the equivalent of $0.35625 per depositary share, is payable June 3 to shareholders of record on May 15.
The stock trades on Nasdaq as HBANM.
