iSynergy Credits Digital For ‘Fantastic Growth’
CANFIELD, Ohio — Clients of iSynergy – both regional and national – benefited from several milestones in 2019, driven largely by the digital marketing efforts of the Canfield-based marketing agency.
In 2019, iSynergy saw 46 websites go live and hosted more than 5 million sessions on its dedicated Google, Amazon Web Services and Digital Ocean servers, reports Steve Cross, creative director.
The agency’s ecommerce clients generated more than $9 million in online revenue, and its social media clients saw a 26% increase in followers, as well as 22,695 engagements and more than 3 million impressions, Cross says.
“It was a year of fantastic growth for the iSynergy family, and we look forward to continuing that trend into 2020 and beyond,” Cross says.
ISynergy consistently onboards one or two new clients monthly depending on size, he continues, and is currently booked through April. National clients make up most of the 100-plus companies and organizations iSynergy serves, according to Cross. One of its newest national clients is The Simple Greek, a national restaurant chain founded in 2015 by Marcus Lemonis, CEO of Camping World and star of CNBC’s “The Profit.”
Some of the agency’s new local clients include the Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre, which opened in June, and Your Sports Network, as well as several companies that have a national presence, such as Baird Brothers Fine Hardwoods in Canfield and Butter Maid Bakery, Boardman.
The Google Partner agency hired three full-time employees in 2019, increasing total employment to nine.
“We never use subcontractors or freelancers. All work is done 100% in-house so we can keep creative and timeline control,” Cross says.
