JFK State Baseball Semifinal Moved to Saturday
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Forecasted storms in the Akron area have forced the Ohio High School Athletic Association to delay the start of the state baseball tournament to Friday.
John F. Kennedy High School’s Division IV state semifinal against Fort Loramie has moved from Friday to Saturday at 1 p.m., at Canal Park in Akron, home of the Akron Rubberducks Class AA affiliate of the Cleveland Indians.
The winner of that game faces the Lucasville Valley-Van Wert Lincolnview victor in Sunday’s state title game starting at 4 p.m.
