Kutlick Realty Reports Strong Sales in 2019
BOARDMAN – Kutlick Realty LLC and its agents – Bill Kutlick, Gary Lasko and Al Ricks – last year leased retail, office and warehouse spaces.
These spaces include the former Pat Catans in Boardman to America’s Wholesale Outlet, office space in Boardman to Columbus McKinnon, Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar at Tiffany Plaza in Boardman, Mega Barre Youngstown on Western Reserve Road, warehouse space in North Jackson to Tarpstop, several locations to Bin Voyage and a new Greens restaurant concept in Boardman.
Big sales include a warehouse on Meridian Road to Home City Ice, the Summitville Tile building on U.S. Route 224, 1275 Tiffany Boulevard in Boardman to Gateways For Better Living, and the former HBK building in Boardman. Office buildings in Cortland, Canfield and Howland were sold to investors, says Kutlick, the firm’s broker.
Most recently the Tiffany Plaza in Boardman was sold for $7.95 million.
Several projects started in 2019 will be completed in 2020. The former Golden Corral in Boardman will be sold to a national retailer and a new Starbucks is under construction in Liberty, Kutlick says.
Other upcoming projects are a development at Western Reserve Road and Market Street in Boardman and redeveloping the corner of U.S. Route 224 and West Boulevard.
