Owners, managers and brokers treat you like family. They invest in their agents and understand the importance of work/life balance. Their onsite gym makes it easy for me to squeeze in a workout in-between appointments. They pay for our business cards; our signage, provide quality leads and on-site training.
And the best part… on any given day, I can find Jason, the owner, Bill, the manager or Chuckie, the broker, crushing grapes in the parking lot to make homemade wine or whipping up a pot of wedding soup in the office kitchen for everyone to share. It truly is family.
