Liberty Investment Firm Buys Tiffany Square, Outparcels

BOARDMAN, Ohio – Five real estate entities related to a firm in Liberty Township – V&V Real Estate Investment – have purchased the Tiffany Square plaza and its outparcels, according to documents.

The deal, reported by The Business Journal Saturday, amounts to $16.5 million, with the plaza itself being sold for $10.13 million to RAF Investments Ltd. The plaza houses Tuesday Morning, Rusco Design Center, Catherine’s, Michael Alberini’s Restaurant & Wine Shop, Fin Feather Fur Outfitters, Hobby Lobby, Marshall’s and Ashley Homestore.

The McDonald’s outparcel sold for $1.94 million to FPG Alpha Ltd; the Chick-fil-A site for $1.92 million to FPG Victor Ltd.; the Panera Bread parcel for $1.6 million to FPG  Delta Ltd.; and the Huntington Bank site for $905,614 to FPG Tango Ltd.

According to documents filed with the Ohio Secretary of State’s office, RAF was first organized in 1999. It lists Vincent Fond Jr. as its agent. The FPG entities were created on Jan. 12, 2021 and lists the law firm Brouse McDowell LPA of Akron as its agent.

The tax billing address on file with the Mahoning County Auditor’s Office for all purchasers is 130 Churchill-Hubbard Road, the same address as V&V Real Estate Investments.
