Mercer County CEO Peer Advisory Group Formed
HERMITAGE, Pa. – Penn-Northwest Development Corporation, in collaboration with Imparo Coaching, recently announced the formation of the Mercer County CEO Peer Advisory Group.
The initiative is designed to provide a confidential forum for leaders to engage in the advancement of business and leadership skills.
According to a news release, the outcomes of a CEO Peer Advisory Group include:
- Collective Wisdom: Harnessing the diverse experiences of peers to challenge blind spots, validate strategies and catalyze innovative thinking.
- Trusted Network: Building a confidential circle of counterparts for support and accountability.
- Accelerated Growth: Leveraging shared insights and resources to propel personal leadership development and business performance beyond conventional bounds.
