Mercer Offers ‘Tourism Bucks’ for St. Patrick’s Day
SHARON, Pa. — VisitMercerCountyPA, the tourist promotion agency for Mercer County, is encouraging visitors to enjoy St. Patrick’s Day weekend in the county by providing “Tourism Bucks.”
For each overnight stay booked at a participating accommodation in Mercer County the weekend of March 16-18, $100 in Tourism Bucks will be given (one offer per room).
They can be redeemed that weekend to purchase goods, services or gift certificates from participating member shops, attractions or restaurants. They cannot be redeemed for cash and no change will be given, and they cannot be used to pay for an overnight stay.
The agency will give away more than $30,000 in Tourism Bucks.
