Middlefield Banc Corp. Announces 20-cent Dividend
MIDDLEFIELD, Ohio – The board of directors of Middlefield Banc Corp., the holding company of The Middlefield Banking Co., on Tuesday announced a cash dividend of 20 cents per common share for the second quarter of 2024.
The dividend is payable June 14 to shareholders of record May 31.
Middlefield trades on NASDAQ under MBCN.
The bank, which has a local office at 3450 Niles-Cortland Road NE, Cortland, had $1.82 billion in total assets as of March 31.
