New Owner, Location for Ideal Store Fixtures

YOUNGSTOWN – Ideal Store Fixtures, a local business serving the retail-store fixture market across the country, has been sold after 41 years.

James R. Miketa sold the company on Jan. 1 to Dan Iler of Customized Liquidations LLC, a Tennessee-based fixture liquidator.

Iler plans to keep the name Ideal Store Fixtures, expand on it at his Tennessee location and double the current size of Ideal Store Fixtures by moving to 400 Victoria Road in Austintown. Miketa will remain in his management role for at least a year before his retirement. Plans are to retain current employees and hire  more as the new warehouse is set up.

“I would like to thank all my loyal customers for their support  and I pledge to help in the transition to make it as smooth as possible,” Miketa says.
