OhanaLink Partners with Safe Journey

HERMITAGE, Pa. – OhanaLink Technologies partnered in 2023 with Safe Journey, an Erie County, Pa.-based agency that developed PurpleOne, a nationwide community response initiative to address domestic violence.

OhanaLink offers mobile technology solutions that provide secure communication and support platforms. As the exclusive technology partner for PurpleOne, it integrates resources and tools into a single management and training solution. 

“As a mission-driven organization, we are continually looking to raise awareness around the need for secure technology that expands safe access to victims of domestic violence,” says Kara Wasser, founder and CEO. 

In May 2022, the company launched OhanaLink Purple, which safely and privately connects domestic violence service providers to the individuals they serve. The company works with agencies in nine states and plans to continue outreach to organizations, state coalitions and agencies nationwide, Wasser says.
