Ohio Pain & Rehab Adds New PT Machine

WARREN, Ohio — Ohio Pain & Rehabilitation has a new piece of physical therapy equipment: the Indiba Active CT9.

Using eletromagnetic waves at a frequency of 448kHz, the Indiba Active CT9 reduces pain and swelling, improves mobility and enables faster healing, according to a release. It can treat musculoskeletal conditions, such as osteoarthritis, lower back pain, neck pain, bursitis, tendinopathy, hematoma, fractures, muscle tears, sprains and strains.

It can also enhance physio aesthetics, such as skin trophicity, scars, edemas, contouring of sagging skin, and lymphatic and venous drainage.

“I’m excited to introduce this Indiba machine to my physical therapy patients as a non-invasive treatment option for a wide variety of chronic pain and physio aesthetic conditions,” said Dr. Chris Efthimou, owner and chiropractor. “This treatment option is a great addition to our other physical therapy machines, such as our AllCore360 machine, so we are proud to be one of the only practices in our area with this new Indiba technology.”

Ohio Pain & Rehabilitation is located at 8323 E. Market St., and features a medical team comprised of medical doctors, spine and extremity surgeons, chiropractic physicians, physical therapists, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists and massage therapists. The center offers patients numerous treatment options for injuries and chronic pain.
