PDMI Puts Its Focus On Retaining Staff
POLAND – Pharmacy Data Management Inc. in 2023 focused on cultivating an enriching experience for its staff.
The company now has approximately 150 employees from 14 states. “Covid really changed the game for us in terms of recruitment,” says Emily Leonard, recruitment and retention specialist.
The company’s retention rate has stayed steady at just over 90% over the last two years, a jump of about 6% since moving to a remote model, she says.
The organization also enhanced its benefits package.
