Platz Realty Group Sells and Leases 1.6 Million Square Feet

CANFIELD – Platz Realty Group last year brokered the sale of 83 commercial properties and the lease of 90 spaces, totaling over $132 million and 1.6 million square feet.

The agency placed its clients in many repurposed buildings in 2023. Locations included legacy industrial structures, flex space warehouses, and former schools, churches and office buildings.

Platz was instrumental in securing over four miles of water line right-of-way for the Trumbull Energy Center project in Lordstown last year, spokeswoman Beth Palette says.

This year, Platz expects to serve the developers of two new industrial parks in the Mahoning Valley, she adds.

Platz Realty Group last year relocated its corporate offices to 3830 Starr Centre Drive in Canfield to accommodate growth. Looking ahead, Platz expects to launch a smart phone app to aid clients in properties searches.
