Prodigal Co. Celebrates 25 Years
BOARDMAN, Ohio – The Prodigal Co., a leading branding, marketing and digital firm, is rounding out 25 years of service to some of the region’s most well-known brands with several new clients and projects.
On the digital front, Prodigal was recently awarded the contract to develop a national web-based platform to connect all of the science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or STEM, ecosystems across the country by the Teaching Institute for Excellence in STEM.
TLC Insurance Group, another national client, asked Prodigal to create a new website to connect its agents nationwide in providing exceptional group retiree and Medicare coverage options.
“What’s differentiated our business over the years is our proprietary Brand MRI process and the thinking that drives it to help our clients identify their competitive advantages,” said Jeff Hedrich, president and lead brand strategist at Prodigal, in a statement.
Several new accounts joined the growing roster of Prodigal’s clients by naming the company as its agency of record, including Alta Behavioral Healthcare and Briarfield EDM Management Inc. This includes on-going marketing communications support from creative and design to strategic marketing plans, public relations, social media management and video production.
Other digital work throughout Prodigal’s 25th year included a new e-commerce website for the essential oil brand, Revive The Crown, a new website and branding for MJ Patrick and Co. and several interactive projects for the Regional Income Tax Agency.
Prodigal also saw its presence increase in manufacturing with new projects for Taylor-Winfield Technologies Inc. and in 3D printing for Grale Technologies Inc. and Big Metal Additive. Hedrich credits Prodigal’s quarter of a century in business to the ability of he and his staff to adapt.
“Advertising has changed dramatically over the last 25 years and Prodigal has kept pace with that change,” he said. “We have embraced the pairing of digital technologies with data as key to what we do for clients.”
