Quality Switch Celebrating 50th Anniversary

NEWTON FALLS, Ohio – Quality Switch Inc. will celebrate its 50th anniversary with a reception March 2 at Roby Lee’s Restaurant and Banquet Center, 425 Ridge Road.

Current and former employees, along with key suppliers and customers, will gather to celebrate the milestone.

“This has been a team effort from our whole company,” CEO Russ Sewell said. “The commitment from everyone in our organization made it possible to thrive for 50 years. Our quality policy motto is: ‘Highest Quality … It’s up to us.’ And it is something we all take to heart.” 

The family-owned small business, which designs and manufactures switches for use inside electrical transformers on utility power grids and in industrial power supplies, was recognized by the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber with a Family-Owned Business Award in 2022. The company received the HBK Growth Story award, which recognizes family-owned businesses that take their enterprises to the next level.
