QuickMed Opens 2nd Office in Liberty Township

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – QuickMed Urgent Care this week marked the opening of its office at 3499 Belmont Ave., the second 24/7 urgent care facility operated by the locally owned company.

Joining QuickMed executives and medical practitioners at the ribbon cutting were officials from Liberty Township. The company’s flagship office is at 421 S. High St. in Cortland.

QuickMed offers the same level of care as an emergency department for minor injury and illness. It also extends its services to the administration of IV fluids, IV medications, splinting and casting as needed, and other moderate to complex procedures. Both offices are equipped with digital x-ray and on-site lab services.

The company also offers an occupational health component, and partners with local employers and employees in order to fulfill physical work requirements such as drug screening and physicals required by the U.S. Department of Transportation. ?
