Real Living Brokers Realty Ranks No. 1 in Trumbull
WARREN, Ohio — Real Living Brokers Realty Group finished 2019 with more business, new hires and a new office as it ranked first in Trumbull County for residential real estate sales and expanded its presence in Mahoning County.
To accommodate that expansion, Real Living moved its Boardman office to a new space three times the size of its former office. The new space is in the same complex at 1240 Boardman-Canfield Road, which avoided an interruption in service for customers.
Last year, the agency saw a 20% increase in business, driven by a strengthening economy, says Cindy Miller, real estate agent and manager of the agency. It also worked to provide immediate services for workers displaced by the closure of the General Motors Lordstown complex as well as for individuals relocating to the Mahoning Valley.
Real Living hired 14 agents in 2019. In September, nearly one-third of its agents received the Ohio Association of Realtors’ Presidents Sales Club award for outstanding sales achievements. The agency also received the Top Office Award, ranking first in production throughout the United States, as well as the Diamond Elite award for the Mahoning and Trumbull County offices, which is based on the customer service opinion of its clients.
“With our commitment to service, integrity and transparency, the company boasts a 98% exceptional customer satisfaction rating,” Miller says.
She expects more growth this year with new businesses expected to open in the area and the improved economy. Low inventory and meeting increased demand are the challenges, she adds.
She cites Lawrence Yun, chief economist at the National Association of Realtors, who forecasts home sales – both existing and new construction – to increase by 4% to 6.3 million in 2020.
The housing supply is also expected to improve this year, with housing starts expected to hit 1.42 million, up from 1.27 million last year, according to Yun, although it won’t be enough to meet existing demand.
“Most markets are defined by trends and lifestyle. Because our agents identify these key factors early on, we offer a very constructive tool for buyers and sellers,” says Yvonne Smith, broker for Real Living Brokers Realty Group. “Giving our clients the knowledge of current market trends and conditions, we are able to ensure they are making smart decisions for their future.”
