Realtor Groups Donate $7,563 to Adoption Agency

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors and the Beaver Creek Area Association of Realtors have donated $7,563 to Northeast Ohio Adoption Services.

“This donation has really made a difference to help cover the expenses of unfunded programs that help current and former foster youth get the family, connections, and support that they so desperately need – especially during a pandemic,” said Cheryl Tarantino, executive director of the adoption agency.

Every year, the president of the local YCAR organization selects a local charity to support with monetary donations and volunteer work. Patrick Burgan selected Northeast Ohio Adoption Services, and presented the check at Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors’ February meeting.

The donation was collected from the dues, community service donations and a virtual trivia event in partnership with the Beaver Creek Area Realtors.
