Regal Promo Products Reports Sales Up 78%
NILES – Regal Promotional Products experienced a year of change and growth in 2019. In addition to adding two salespeople, bringing its staff to five, Regal Promo joined iPROMOTEu as an affiliate, says Jean A. Corliss, president of Regal.
iPROMOTEu is a nationwide network of independent promotional products distributors that provides administrative and backend support, as well as substantial buying power that enables Regal to pass on lower prices to its customers, she says.
Regal Promotional Products was founded in 2017. The company provides advertising specialty items upon which a business can place its name and logo to promote its brand.
Corliss attributes its 2019 increase to more sales staff, new services and its affiliation with iPROMOTEu. Sales volume increased by 78% over the company’s 2018 order volume. Greater availability of technology also drove the higher numbers, she notes.
“When a potential customer visits Regal’s website, not only can they search for a product and obtain pricing, but they can also place an order,” Corliss says. “This is also true through our Facebook site. A customer is more in control in their search and can purchase the products they need.”
New services to be offered in 2020 include a virtual storefront, offering the sale of “ink on paper,” meaning the printing of brochures, flyers, banners and booklets. Packaging and graphics design services will also be available, according to Corliss.
The staff at Regal Promo regularly joins with nonprofit organizations to help with their missions, she continues. Among the beneficiaries of employees’ time and donations are the Youngstown Air Reserve Station and its Community Base Council, the Strimbu Memorial Fund, the Lions Club and St. Stephen Parish.
