Renova Music Festival Runs June 7-17

NEW CASTLE, Pa. –  The Renova Music Festival 2017 series will take place June 7 through June 17.

The festival brings approximately 30 young musicians and nationally recognized “artist faculty” from all over the United States to Lawrence County for two weeks of performances, instruction and creative renewal, says Joshua Zona, Renova music director.

Zona and local Renova student David Timlin provided programs in classrooms at Union Elementary School and at St. Vitus School in May in preparation of the festival.

The concert schedule is:

  • June 7, 7:30 p.m.,  Northminster Presbyterian Church, New Castle.
  • June 9, 7:30 p.m., Michael Anthony’s, Sharon.
  • June 10, 7:30 p.m., Magnificat Chapel, Villa Maria Center, Villa Maria.
  • June 14, 7:30 p.m., Northminster Presbyterian Church.
  • June 16, 7:30 p.m., The Confluence, downtown New Castle.
  • June 17, 7:30 p.m., Magnificat Chapel.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for Students and are available at the door. There is no cost to attend the June 9 concert.
