BOARDMAN, Ohio – MASCO Inc. is a nonprofit agency that assists people who have developmental disabilities. We help them earn paychecks by supplying meaningful work and find employment in our community.
Our facility is instrumental in assisting other local businesses to succeed by bringing their product to our facility, and having our individuals complete the jobs.
We are about embracing an environment where teamwork, integrity, stability and relationships are our mission.
We believe if the people who work for MASCO Inc. display these qualities, then the people we serve will have a quality experience and an improved quality of life.
At MASCO, we provide a fun and challenging work environment. The hours are great, Monday through Friday, and we are off most holidays.
