From a hot dog drive-thru to a specialty charcuterie board vendor: Three ribbons were cut at events sponsored by the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber:
Heck Ya!
Heck Ya! is a gourmet hot dog drive-thru restaurant built from shipping containers. It is grabbing the attention of neighbors and motorists as they make their way along U.S. Route 422 on the Youngstown’s East Side.
