SBA Accepts Nominations for National Small Business Week

CLEVELAND – The U.S. Small Business Administration’s Cleveland Office is accepting nominations for the 2023 National Small Business Week Awards for businesses and organizations across northern Ohio, including the annual Small Business Person of the Year Award.

The awards given in celebration of National and District Small Business Week will include Small Business Person of the Year and Small Business Exporter. National Small Business Week 2023 will take place April 30 through May 6.

“Northern Ohio has a wealth of outstanding small businesses and champions of entrepreneurship,” SBA Cleveland District Director Gil Goldberg said. “We have had both regional and national award winners hailing from our area. I look forward to this year’s nominations, and to celebrating the vitality and economic contributions of northern Ohio’s small business community during National Small Business Week 2023.”

SBAs Cleveland District Office serves the northern Ohio counties of Ashtabula, Carroll, Columbiana, Cuyahoga, Defiance, Erie, Fulton, Geauga, Harrison, Henry, Huron, Jefferson, Lake, Lorain, Lucas, Mahoning, Medina, Ottawa, Portage, Sandusky, Seneca, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, Wayne, Williams and Wood.
