Sferra Softball Classic Returns June 14
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — The Bill Sferra Fastpitch Classic is at 4:30 p.m., on June 14 at the Youngstown State University softball complex.
The high school senior softball event showcases players from Mahoning and Trumbull Counties has two seven-inning games.
The Mahoning County team is coached by Austintown Fitch High School coach Steve Ward and his staff, while Trumbull County has LaBrae coach Demetra Noble and Mathews coach Jim Nicula, along with their staffs.
Admission is $10 per family, $5 for adults and $3 for students. All net proceeds will be donated to Potential Development.
Rosters for both teams are slated to be released on Friday.
