Stambaugh Youth Concert Band Performs Nov. 17

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Stambaugh Youth Concert Band will perform its Fall 2020 Concert in a hybrid format at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 17, with a small audience in attendance and a live-stream available to watch online.

The concert will feature the woodwind choir, brass ensemble, flute choir, clarinet quartet and percussion ensemble performing works by Mozart, Bizet and Beethoven. The finale will be a performance of “His Honor” by Henry Fillmore.

The Stambaugh Youth Concert Band is comprised of 54 high school musicians from northeastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania. It is directed by Tyler Husosky and Michael Christ.

Tickets for the concert are $7. In-person attendees must buy their tickets, limit four, in advance; seating will be reserved and observe social distancing. Tickets can be bought HERE. Doors will open at 6:45 p.m.

For those watching online, the event will be streamed for free on Stambaugh Auditorium’s website and it’s Digital Concert Hall app, as well as on its YouTube channel.
