Submissions Open for Youngstown Independent Film Festival
BOARDMAN, Ohio – Submissions of both short and full-length films are being accepted through Sept. 12 for the Youngstown Independent Film Festival presented by No Label Productions.
Selected movies, chosen by a panel of judges, will be screened at Cinemark Tinseltown in Boardman as part of the festival 2 to 9 p.m. Oct. 12. Tickets will go on sale Sept. 1.
Submissions, which must be an original work, can be made here. Awards will be given for Best Feature Film, Best Short Film, Best Web Series/Pilot, Best Documentary, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Director, Best Cinematography and Best Special Effects.
The festival is organized by No Label Productions, a film production company owned by South Range High School graduate John Martin Jr.
