TCTC Horse Show to Raise Funds for Equestrian Program

WARREN, Ohio – The Trumbull Career & Technical Center will host a horse show next month to raise funds for its Equestrian Studies program.

Students in the program organized the show, which will take place at 9 a.m. May 6 at the TCTC, 528 Educational Highway. The show is open to the public, and concessions will be available.

For those interested in participating in the show, there is a $5 per class fee and a $10 fee for stakes classes. All proceeds from the show will go toward equipment for the program.

The TCTC also plans to replace its current horse stable, which is more than 40 years old. Conceptual drawings for a new equestrian center have been completed, and land surveys are underway. The school plans to build the center this year.
