Team Office Technologies Named ‘Elite Dealer’
AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – A national publication that covers the document imaging industry has named Team Ofﬁce Technologies an “Elite Dealer of the Year.”
The award was announced in the December issue of ENX (Engage ‘n Exchange) magazine, which states that companies selected for this award demonstrate “entrepreneurship…and innovative marketing and sales initiatives, as well as company culture, corporate citizenship and community involvement.“
Team Ofﬁce Technologies, founded in 2003, operates at 118 N Canﬁeld-Niles Road in Austintown. The company president is Tom Reeveley. Bryan Higgins is vice president and Chrissy Bartelli is the secretary/treasurer. Team Ofﬁce offers Toshiba brand copiers/MFP’s, Dell brand servers, custom software development/database integration, copier and server technical support, ofﬁce supplies.
ENX said Team Ofﬁce’s biggest accomplishments in 2015 include “better managing operations, developing a consistent marketing message, an improvement in inventory packaging, and advanced employee training, as well as a heightened focus on integrated solutions.“
The article announcing the award went on to list speciﬁc reasons why the editors of ENX consider Team Ofﬁce Technologies to be “elite”:
- Customers appreciate working with Team due to its commitment to consistency, reliability and the relationships with its service personnel.
- “Team Tech to the Rescue” branding campaign. Team Techs are known for being well-trained, consistent, polite and thorough. They follow a proprietary model to enhance the customer experience as a result of the company’s consistent process and delivery.
- It compensates its sales team in a manner that compels them to deliver “good” business and not just “deals.” Team believes in the philosophy of developing relationships based on trust.
- Team employees participate on nonproﬁt boards as well as on Rotary and the chamber and also donate time, expertise and products to nonproﬁt organizations.
