Tervo Masonry Sees Revenue Climb 30.6%
NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – Tervo Masonry achieved a 30.6% increase in revenue in 2023, says Aaron Tervo, president.
Much of last year’s growth came from the institutional sector, he says, with additions, renovations or improvements made at local schools and colleges.
Other projects included the Diehl Hyundai Dealership in Sharon, work for Veterans Affairs in Meadville and the Warren (Ohio) Amphitheatre restroom buildings.
Last year Tervo invested in additional trucks and mobile office trailers.
“While the early whispers of 2024 suggest a positive spring with projects already secured, the construction landscape seems to be shifting,” Tervo says. “Fewer projects are up for bid compared to last year, hinting at a potential cooling in the commercial construction market.”
He says his company “embraces challenges as opportunities” and is “well-equipped to navigate any fluctuations.”
